Easy and painless! I am NOT a fan of buying a new car as I always feel like I've been ripped off in the past. Spend hours and hours in the showroom haggling over price to usually be so frustrated I leave without a purchase. Working with Raul and Ford of Londonderry was a positive experience. I did my credit application online after locking in a price I was happy with, went in test drove the truck, signed the deal in a matter of an hour. I picked my truck up the next day and couldn't be happier. Raul has called and checked on us several times to make sure we were happy and offered his assistance any time we need him for any reason. I would recommend Raul/Ford of Londonderry to anyone. Kudos to Ford of Londonderry for changing the business model and making buying a vehicle pleasant. More
