Fast, easy process At first I was take a bit aback by the fact that they would not budge on the price of the vehicle. However, when I checked around it became apparent that the price was competitively priced- it was already marked down from MSRP, so I guess I didn't have to go through the rig-a-marole of "walking away" or wasting a bunch of time haggling back and forth. I suppose I might have got a better price on the vehicle elsewhere, but then again maybe not, who knows. I don't feel like I got a bad deal. Like I said after checking around the price was fairly priced from the start and the process was fast and easy. Bruce was knowledgeable and explained the features well. Within a few hours of walking in, I had the keys to my new F150. More

I went to see Bob and he was the first person who truly understood my frustration and feeling of being unsafe in the car. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation. He found a used vehicle that I liked. It was covered in snow, subzero temps and windy but he and Roger dug it out for the test drive. Within 2 hours, the purchase was complete. Even when I picked the car up two days later, Bob made sure I was taken care of. He exceeded my expectations given the situation and restored my faith in Ford Of Londonderry! More

I was a little jumpy to exchange my leased Ford Explorer Sport Twin What an amazing experience with Raul Pereira and Dave Farrand at Londonderry Ford. I was a little jumpy to exchange my leased Ford Explorer Sport Twin Turbo early (by 4 months) and get in to a new Limited F-150 to take advantage of the Ford incentives for Christmas/end of year. Not only did Raul take care of EVERYTHING from getting the remainder payments waived but got me in to exactly what I was looking and more. Crazy perks in the Limited F-150, drives like a dream and got to me to just about my named monthly price (I was over by $48 lol) and ended up with twice the bonus options.
