The most pleasant car buting experience. Recently my wife and went to Ford of Londonderry to look at Ford Escapes, we dealt with Bruce Boutin and Roger. I gave them a deposit to hold the car while we met with our finance person. After meeting with our finance person I went back to the dealership and informed Bruce that I would not be purchasing the vehicle. Bruce was the perfect gentlemen. When we look at purchasing a new vehicle, I am usually filled with dread of what the experience ahead will bring. However, this was the best purchase experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. The dealership had the vehicle we wanted, Ford Explorer Sport, in my desired color. The vehicle was priced fairly without extensive negotiations and we received a fair price on our trade in. The employees were friendly, prepared and accommodating to our requests. This deal was completed in a short time with no stress or pushiness or upselling. The deal was initiated via internet sales, Terry, and followed through with Mitch and Roger in sales.
