Terry included all the Ford incentives and discounts I was eligible for as well as an estimated value for our trade. Her final internet estimate was within $500.00 of our final acceptance for purchase. Terry set up an appointment via internet to meet with a sales person. Upon arrival at the dealer I was greeted by the sales manager which he called the internet representative Terry to meet me and then I was assigned to the sales representative Bob Morissette to close the deal.
