Great Vehicle Purchase Experience This is our second purchase at Ford of Londonderry. We visited the dealership with the intention of purchasing another Ford Escape in Metallic Blue. This is our second purchase at Ford of Londonderry. We visited the dealership with the intention of purchasing another Ford Escape in Metallic Blue. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the one we were looking for on the lot. Our sales associate, Mitchell McCarthy, was very helpful in trying to meet our needs and wants. While he was trying to locate ‘the one’ at a sister dealership, we stumbled upon a Ford EcoSport in the showroom. We loved the size, style and features and decided to take a test drive. Loved it!! They didn’t have the model we liked so Mitch again went back to the drawing board. He was successful in his search and the next day we drove off in a new 2018 Ruby Red EcoSport. I can’t say enough about the entire team we worked with at Ford of Londonderry. A shout out to Bob (the closer). Thank You All!! More

Our first experience is when my mom bought her 2000 Expedition, later when we bought my 2005 Explorer, and most recently with my lease of a 2018 F150. All the staff has been incredibly helpful, and go beyond to help find the right vehicle for you. As was with Bruce on our last visit. He went above and beyond to help me find the right truck to pull my horse trailer, and we went through many options. He even came in on his day off to make sure that when I picked it up everything was in order so that I would be able to use it to haul to a show the next day. Would definitely recommend, and will be returning for any future vehicles that I shall get, and my mom probably will as well. Can't recommend them enough! More
