All the staff has been incredibly helpful, and go beyond to help find the right vehicle for you. As was with Bruce on our last visit. He went above and beyond to help me find the right truck to pull my horse trailer, and we went through many options. He even came in on his day off to make sure that when I picked it up everything was in order so that I would be able to use it to haul to a show the next day. Would definitely recommend, and will be returning for any future vehicles that I shall get, and my mom probably will as well. Can't recommend them enough! More

Terry included all the Ford incentives and discounts I was eligible for as well as an estimated value for our trade. Her final internet estimate was within $500.00 of our final acceptance for purchase. Terry set up an appointment via internet to meet with a sales person. Upon arrival at the dealer I was greeted by the sales manager which he called the internet representative Terry to meet me and then I was assigned to the sales representative Bob Morissette to close the deal. Bob Morissette was very professional and had all the internet data required to close the deal. The time to close the deal was less than 30 minutes and was extremely painless. Bob made himself available to deliver the Explorer to fit our schedule.
