I went to this dealership to buy a Ford Bronco. I had a great sales person, Kevin Watson help me. He found the perfect Bronco, let me test drive it and the next day let my husband check it out. We I had a great sales person, Kevin Watson help me. He found the perfect Bronco, let me test drive it and the next day let my husband check it out. We were waffling back and forth with another dealership and another Bronco. Roger came over to my husband and me, didn't introduce himself and tried all his rude sales tactics on us to buy the Bronco.We did not buy then but came back to see Kevin two days later to buy it. Kevin was great and bent over backwards of us! Roger then came over, still didn't know who he was and told us to follow him into his office. It was then we found out he was the finance manager. He was pushy and rude by summerising the contracts. I finally had to tell him to slow down so that we could read the contracts. He wasn't happy about the time spent with us by the way he answered a phone call saying, "I'm still in with those people". I went back a week later after buying the Bronco to give the NY registration taxes receipt to Roger to get my reimbursement back of $2419.40 that I paid ahead of time for the NY taxes. Roger never said hello, I had to explain why I was there. He took the receipt. I wanted to find out when I would get reimbursed, he didn't give me much information and walked away. I also had a title to my trade in but Roger was finished with me. So, I still have it waiting for my reimbursement. It is now almost 3 weeks since we bought the Bronco and I just found out thanks to Kevin, that the check for $2419.40 is in the mail. More
