The run around about Bad tires. The car gave a rough ride when I took it for a test ride, I was told that it was because the car had been sitting there for a while and if the problem The car gave a rough ride when I took it for a test ride, I was told that it was because the car had been sitting there for a while and if the problem did not go away the dealer would replace the tires. I picked up the car on Thursday and Raul called on Monday to see if the issue went away, he said it would have to wait until the car had 1,200 hundred miles on it. Raul called me back on Thursday and asked if I could fill out this survey I said not until the issues with the car were resolved so he scheduled to have it looked at on Monday. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment the service department was not aware that I was scheduled so I was there for 3 hours, they said they checked the front end alignment and replaced 1 bad tire. The car gives a better ride after the 1 tire was replaced but it doesn’t give a smooth ride my 2008 Pontiac G5 gives a much better ride. I’m planning to bring my car to another Ford dealership, because if 1 tire went bad from sitting there too long how good/safe are the other 3 tires? More

I brought it in 3 times to have them fix this issue and everytime I came in it seemed the quality/pride in their work went downhill. There was grease all on the inside of the door panel, which was spotless when I dropped it off. Also there was silicon or some type of sealant oozing out next to the door handle on the outside of the truck. When this was shown to Jim McGovern (the owner of the dealership) he could have cared less and got confrontational, telling me that some people wouldn't have a problem with the issues that I showed him and that the work environment is very dirty. He then proceeded to tell me that there is no second tier level to make sure everything looks the way it did when the truck was dropped off, that once the tech put the door panel back on he (the tech) considered his job done. I will never bring my truck here for them to touch again, I don't care if it's even to put an air cap on the tire. Horrible dealership run by a guy who could care less about the customers ***UPDATE 1-15-19, Brought the truck to another dealer after issue with the door continued to happen. Regional customer service manager (Kimberly Pariag) advised me to find another dealer to work on recall issue. The truck was dropped off at Salem Ford and I was informed that the recall wasn't fully completed by Ford of Londonderry. There were gaskets/sealants that were missing to prevent water from getting into the locking mechanism. More
