Upon returning to the dealership for a test drive, he immediately pulled the car out for the test drive, He accompanied us and wanted to make sure we got it on the interstate for a higher speed ride along with the back streets of Londonderry. He had gone the extra mile by Googling the 3rd-party remote starter that came with the car and showed us how to use it. Both Bob and his manager were very transparent about the price of the vehicle and the value of our trade-in. A reasonable, low-pressure concession was made to get the price down to a point we felt comfortable with. As residents of Londonerry, we felt good buying locally and they appreciated selling locally. Our 3rd visit was to pick up the Honda which was nicely washed and detailed inside and out, and provided with a NH state inspection. The finance manager Roger was fully prepared to provide us an auto loan at a reasonable rate through a local bank that we are members of. He quickly stepped us through all documents that needed signing and clearly explained each one. All 3 people that we dealt with for our purchase congratulated us, emphasized that we contact them with if any issues or questions arise, and offered us to make use of their full service department. Ford of Londonderry is a very professional auto dealership whose emphasis is on customer satisfaction. We highly recommend them to everyone. More

Great Service Experience This was my first visit to this dealership. I had the Check Engine Light on and my car was running rough. I called another dealership that's a little This was my first visit to this dealership. I had the Check Engine Light on and my car was running rough. I called another dealership that's a little closer to me 4 times but was never able to speak to anyone and I left a message but never received a callback so I decided to try Ford of Londonderry. I got through on the first call and set up an appointment to get the issue diagnosed. I had thought it was going to be spark plugs or something routine like that but it turned out to be a much bigger and more expensive issue (camshaft phasers). Howard explained the issue clearly and there was no pressure to get the work done. The thing I really appreciated was that the notes about the diagnosis were clear and detailed so I was easily able to research the problem and talk to some relatives who are auto mechanics. They all told me that the diagnosis was solid and the price quoted for the repair was quite fair. A couple of weeks later I decided to get the work done. Howard set me up with a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair which was several days because the whole engine needed to be removed. I was kept in the loop the entire time and was not once even mildly inconvenienced. When I came to pick up my car the final price was right on point with the quote so there were no surprises. I don't know who the Technician was that did the work but he did an awesome job. The car runs so smoothly now I can't even tell if the engine is on or not. That was the most expensive car repair that I've ever done and yet it was the most positive experience that I've had at a repair shop. I'll be getting all my future work done there and I recommended the place to my dad for his F-150. More
