Went for my 10k mile service. Have some issues with the truck,I knew they would not have time to look At them but asked them to please just note the issues on my paperwork so I have record of me telling fo truck,I knew they would not have time to look At them but asked them to please just note the issues on my paperwork so I have record of me telling ford of the issues. Service advisor refused to note the issues and did not even right 10k mike service just wrote oil change. This is not right. Also watched the kid do my oil change and tire rotation and did not torque my wheels just used a air gun.Will not be going here again and hoping to speak to the service manager and or owner Monday.
