got everything i was looking for reached out to the dealership via the net and explained that i was looking to avoid the common hassle of new car acquisition. the internet sales mana reached out to the dealership via the net and explained that i was looking to avoid the common hassle of new car acquisition. the internet sales manager (jesse) provided me with a quote for a new vehicle that met all of my requirements... i went to the dealership one evening AFTER they closed...checked out the SUV he had proposed...and liked it, A LOT. went back to the dealership the next day...introduced myself to the salesperson...asked a few more questions, and told him i would get back to him. (i was looking at a few different vehicles/dealers). went back the dealership a second time...signed the papers and arranged for scheduled pick-up. the car was ready when i was, i received a thorough overview of its MANY bells and whistles...and drove away. in TOTAL...i spent less than TWO HOURS at the dealership, got a great vehicle, can live with the negotiated terms...and throughout the process sensed the sales team fully respected EVERYTHING that i had communicated as being important to me. i would recommend jesse jacobs/mike corrigan and latham ford to anyone. they took good care of me. The initial price that we were quoted for the new vehicle was reasonable and fair, and did not require a lengthy and uncomfortable haggling process that we have experienced with other dealers. Our trade-in was also valued fairly. Our salesman spent an adequate time explaining all the features of our new vehicle, and was very patient. Excellent experience. More

We set up and appointment so we could test drive the car and talk price. They gave me a very good trade in value for honored the company discount I get for a new purchase. I brought to there attention after I got the truck home and they sent a check to have the service completed at my local shop because I live 3+ hours from latham ford. Very easy to work with I searched their inventory online at ford.com. After finding a car that I wanted, I entered that car's trim and options into USAA's online car purcha I searched their inventory online at ford.com. After finding a car that I wanted, I entered that car's trim and options into USAA's online car purchasing service to get a pre-negotiated price. I brought the USAA certificate into the dealership and then agreed on the KBB value of my car for trade in into a dealership. So, pre-negotiated price on the car + KBB's valuation of my trade in = no stress, no negotiations. They then found an additional $500 rebate that I was entitled to and beat the best interest rate for financing that I could come up with on my own. All in all, I probably spent less than 90 minutes in the dealership. Very easy going staff, very fair in their trade-in valuation; going in cold I was expecting 100 reasons why they couldn't give me the pre-negotiated price on the car or the fair market value on my trade in - but that didn't happen. I'll buy from Bob again once Ford comes out with a plug-in that can do better than 35 miles on electric alone. More

I met with Melissa Bradt the sales representative after test driving a 2013 Ford Taurus Limited and found her also to be very helpful and professional. She answered all of my questions and since I decided to purchase the vehicle walked me through the process. She took care of everything including motor vehicles, insurance and setting up the financing with Ford Motor Credit. I met with Sean Brownell the finance manager and he made the experience totally painless. Overall I found everyone at Latham Ford to be courteous, helpful and professional. A great team! I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family if they are in the market for a new or used vehicle. And I also love the Taurus! More
