How was my experience? I had a great time at Ford of Kendall, excellent service. The staff was amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable about their vehicles. Their salesman Jonathan went above and beyond taking care of the entire process from start to finish; he was by my side at every step making sure the deal was reasonable for both parts and clarifying every question I had. He was clearly interested in the customer's satisfaction instead of just the transaction (as other dealers do). Why not a 5 stars review? My current issue with this dealership is with their management and the way they conduct their business. I traded in a vehicle as part of my deal and they had to cover the payoff to acquire the title. They have taken so long to do so, that my next payment was due and it was automatically collected from my bank account. I didn't canceled the automatic payments immediately as the debt is still under my name and I thought they would deal with it on a timely manner. I'm currently dealing with my bank in order to recoup the money while at the same time concerned that there could be a delinquent charge on a loan under my name if I do so. I'm wondering if the payoff the dealership will do includes the last payment I made for a vehicle I no longer own or of they will honor the terms of the contract we agreed on ... I guess time will tell. Would I recommend this dealership ? I can no longer in good faith recommend anyone trading a vehicle in at this place, there are other options to do so with a more transparent process that makes these scenarios hard to believe. Other than that, they have a good selection of vehicles and their prices and incentives are great, I don't regret doing business with them but my recommendation comes with a call for caution with the details. Scam me out of a purchase of a Shebly 2023 F150 truck came incorrect with chrome reels. They lied about the truck details package and the warranty. Criminal. Juan from the service department threatened to call the cops on me After he treated me like xxxx, and I called him a Putz Because I got my car returned from work done, and it looked like it was driven through a construction site with the interior, completely dusty and dirty after taking eight months to finish the job. Completely took advantage of me. Sold the truck after work was completed and lost thousands Because the truck depreciated a lot since needing a bumper repair because the paint came from factory bad. Biggest joke ever will never buy another ford More
