People were friendly and professional. Communication and service were not great. Got inspection: front brakes/rotors, tuneup, front/rear differential seals recommended. They did front/rear brakes/rotors, both diff seals, no lineup (supposedly didn't need it) and changed my oil. My oil had 300 miles on it, I had just changed it. No one spoke to me about the changes in work, no one called and said the tuneup wasn't needed, no one called and said the vehicle was done. Was supposed to be done by end of day after drop off, instead was done after 2 full business days. Would have 1 starred, but the service lady and tech were very nice. More

It is awesome that a ford dealer will offer free oil changes to seniors. Even if you don't drve a ford ,they still offer this service. Great way to give back to the community. Tiny bit disappointed, I thought I was going to get some sort of deal on labor because I had to wait for so long because of the computer glitch, but I guess I was mistaken. Will likely never by a ford again- obviously my engine replacement along with the other people in this country is a money making scam by Ford motor company- Coolant entering the engine block is a known p replacement along with the other people in this country is a money making scam by Ford motor company- Coolant entering the engine block is a known problem to ford and they just don’t care. . The dealership has to work on behalf of Ford and many will never return after having this issue- this should have been an obvious issue that the company should have COVERED. Haley did a competent job making my appointment for an oil change on my 2023 Ford F150 Crew cab pickup. Now if the oil change artist will leave his impact gun on his toolbox and remove and replace the oil oil change on my 2023 Ford F150 Crew cab pickup. Now if the oil change artist will leave his impact gun on his toolbox and remove and replace the oil drain plug by hand we will be happy. In our future dealings.
