Vehicle was not fixed, but still charged $217 labor plus the part

Ford of Galesburg did not fix vehicle after charging for labor and the part. Tried to explain it was the computer, but did not listen to that. Now it is going to be almost a week to get it back in to fix.

Fast service getting an oil change, the desk lady at check in was really nice and sweet. Did let me know I’m leaking oil out my oil pan but that’s okay I’ll get that repaired in the future. More
