They listened to what I thought was wrong with my car. Didn't try to change my mind on my broken rear shade. They were under the price they thought for fixing my water pump. service dept is terrible! My vehicle has been in the service dept more times than necessary since I purchased it for literally the same issue. they seem to think I’m going to My vehicle has been in the service dept more times than necessary since I purchased it for literally the same issue. they seem to think I’m going to accept the fact that brakes “squeak & make noise”. This is not my 1st vehicle I have owned & none of my other vehicles squeaked & made noise everytime you stop the vehicle. Have been told so many diff stories from different people there. I could go on & on about my experience there but I’ll keep it short. The issue still remains & I was told I would get a return phone call from the service manager but have yet to be called 3 weeks later despise the numerous voicemails/txts from have left More
