service dept is terrible! My vehicle has been in the service dept more times than necessary since I purchased it for literally the same issue. they seem to think I’m going to My vehicle has been in the service dept more times than necessary since I purchased it for literally the same issue. they seem to think I’m going to accept the fact that brakes “squeak & make noise”. This is not my 1st vehicle I have owned & none of my other vehicles squeaked & made noise everytime you stop the vehicle. Have been told so many diff stories from different people there. I could go on & on about my experience there but I’ll keep it short. The issue still remains & I was told I would get a return phone call from the service manager but have yet to be called 3 weeks later despise the numerous voicemails/txts from have left More

I'm not sure I'll be back. They did fix the problem which I could of done if I would of had time but,the $575 I was charged was way out of line for the 3 hrs it took. I never thought I would have to pay $1000 to have a water pump and a few parts changed out. I bought my trk from there new ,have always had it serviced there but I'll be looking for somewhere else.
