I"M VERY disappointed with Ford my Car wasn't fixed they kept tacking on charges I spoke to a manager about it and he replied well what do you want me to do about it? The only negative thing is that they knew what we were bringing it in for but they didn’t order the part and have it there when we got there. We had to come back when the part came in.
