From test drive to final delivery was under one hour. There is no pressure on upsells, e.g., warranties, financing or accessories. They took time to sync my phone and explain the features of the vehicle. I highly recommend them as a place to buy a vehicle. Michael Baker called several days following our purchase to ensure that we were satisfied with the Mustang and asked if there was anything else that he could do for us!! More

Simple and Smooth I contacted the dealership online. Within the hour Cody called me. We set up an appt time. I told him about the 2 vehicles that I wanted to look at I contacted the dealership online. Within the hour Cody called me. We set up an appt time. I told him about the 2 vehicles that I wanted to look at. He said that he would have them available in front of the dealership when I arrived. He did. We took a test drive. No pressure whatsoever to buy. He asked me how I felt about the 2 cars. I shared my thoughts. He was very concerned about my potential issues. We talked through the issues. I picked the car I wanted and we went right through the sales process. Simple and smooth. No typical car salesman shuffle and pressure.
