Poor follow up I had issues with the Lifetime and extended warranty on the Ford Fusion I had purchased. The service department repaired the vehicle but I paid most of the bill and there was a lot of hassle. I talked to Wes in sales who was going to look into the issues and make things right. I have not heard anything since then. I also have not received any return calls. You can get a car anywhere- it is how they treat you AFTER the sale the sets a company apart. Ford Lincoln of Franklin has completely let me down. I would not recommend them to anyone. More
