We went in pretty much knowing exactly what we wanted. We were introduced to Les, who would become our salesman. Everyone was so great to work with. There was no pressure, no attempts to upsell us, and they helped get us into the exact vehicle we wanted! Les was very knowledgeable and helped us get set up in our new vehicle. Our finance specialist Riley was also awesome to work with. He informed us of all our options for add on and their cost. But there was no feeling of pressure to buy extra stuff. 2018 ford transit purchase I went in to purchase a new Ford Transit. I had done my research on inventory ahead of time and knew what I wanted. I did, however, want to drive a couple of vans to experience the differences first hand. details on paper are one thing, and details in real life can be another. I am using this van as a camper conversion for my wife and I and a also a motorcycle hauler. Lee was my sales person, he was friendly and was perfectly comfortable letting me direct the sales. We test drove both vehicles and I made my decision. Lee walked me through the paper work, asked just the right questions to help me out, and answered all of my questions when I asked them. All in all, I do not know what I would do to improve the experience. It went smoothly and comfortably. I would absolutely recommend these guys if you are looking for a Ford or Lincoln vehicle. More
