630 miles from home and needed help Chris Eisenhauer was my first contact with Ford Lincoln of Franklin. 630 miles from home and my A/C was not working properly, it was 92 deg. outside.. Chris Eisenhauer was my first contact with Ford Lincoln of Franklin. 630 miles from home and my A/C was not working properly, it was 92 deg. outside.. I was leaving the area in 2 days, so Chris only had one and a half days to work me into the sch. and get my A/C working. Even though he had other work sch., he managed to get me own my way, sooner than expected, and under the quoted estimate. I have relatives in the local area and will be returning many times in the future.
