Appointment problem I called no less than 4 times and kept leaving messages for Alexis. After waiting several days with no call back, I tried one last time. Was told by h I called no less than 4 times and kept leaving messages for Alexis. After waiting several days with no call back, I tried one last time. Was told by her to come in at 8am the next morning for my appointment. I came in to drop my car off and was told it would be a couple days to get the car looked at. Why on earth would she tell me to come in the next day? I understand it is a busy time with holidays approaching so why didn't she tell me what I should expect. Besides not returning calls, she does a horrible job at actually making appointments. I have work, kids , and a very busy schedule like everyone else. I took my car and left. I would have made arrangements if I would have known it was not going to be looked at right away. I had an issue with her last time I was in but apparently, nothing has changed. You lost a. very good customer with 4 Fords in the family. More

f-150 Tammy was great. There were a large number of vehicles on the lot to pick from. Internet pricing was a bit misleading as it pertained to vehicles th Tammy was great. There were a large number of vehicles on the lot to pick from. Internet pricing was a bit misleading as it pertained to vehicles that had additional options (ie. bedliners). These options were not included on the price listed on the internet pricing, meaning the price at the dealership was more than what was advertised. Not a big deal though - I just picked a different vehicle. More
