It definitely had its ups and downs but in the end they made it right. I have to take some responsibility myself as I didn't test drive the vehicle because it was pouring rain. However I would have figured that anything significantly wrong with the vehicle would have been repaired. I worked with Justin on the purchase we didn't have to go back and forth and play a lot of games he offered One Price I told him my bottom line and we agreed to it. When I discovered there was a significant problem with the vehicle Jason the used car director stepped in and made sure the issues were handled. When the issue became even more serious one of their top Executives Chris stepped in and authorized the substantial repairs that needed to be made to the vehicle. As a gesture of Goodwill they even put on some aftermarket parts for me that I had purchased. That's the kind of customer service. Winds return service in my mind. More
