I scheduled a factory recall for airbags. They loaned a car to me. It was a Ford Edge with 5 miles on it. Good service. Top-notch dealer The service at Ford Lincoln of Franklin (FLF) was first rate! I was out-of-towner but right at home with FLF folks. The sales personnel (Mr Stephan Farrar and Jay Chapman) as well as Financial Manager (Brad) were all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I selected the vehicle through Cargurus and send out email to FLF to get more information. Within an hour I was dealing with very professional Mr. Kyle (internet director at FLF), who connected us with sales specialists and together the FLF team worked hard to get us the best possible payment option. It was Sunday evening but these guys worked like it's Monday morning. They even provided free lunch to us while we were waiting with our two little kids. (Thank you guys)! My wife, kids and I love our new SUV and appreciate all FLF guys who worked to make the deal happen. More
