Example: Had some trouble with my car last night, just as they were closing up, and Hunter not only ensured I had a ride home, but he stayed with me until that ride arrived. What's more, he assure me that, if he couldn't get me a ride home, he would take me himself (many miles out of his way). That's the kind of personal, high-quality service I receive from Hunter every time I bring my vehicle in. And, ya know, he's a darn nice guy to hang out with and talk to. I couldn't be happier, thanks to the experiences I have with Hunter. More

Sales and service Got the deal I wanted but fad to play their game. Got home and 2 quarts low on oil. Called dealer and was told to bring it back in when I had time and Got the deal I wanted but fad to play their game. Got home and 2 quarts low on oil. Called dealer and was told to bring it back in when I had time and they would change the oil. Topped oil off. Waited a few weeks. Several calls trying to get paper work. Found out sales person was gone and service manager I had called was gone. Called and set up appointment for oil change. (Quick service) got here after driving 45 miles and was told would be 2 hours. Talked to sales manager. Still trying to get paperwork and serviced. He lied to me about cam phases and oil capacity. There was a program the day I bought it about oil consumption that has been updated again ( completed by another dealer) oil changed. Could not get copy of oil change papers. ( was told since they paid for it) light on the next few weeks due oil change. Got paperwork and not my signature. (Writing) no contact from dealer until recently by email for service coupons. Have never received anything from Ford about purchase or survey. Why would I return. More

Overall Great Experience My wife and I were looking for a newer vehicle, Ford Explorer to be exact and originally came to Ford Lincoln of Franklin to look at a 2017 model but My wife and I were looking for a newer vehicle, Ford Explorer to be exact and originally came to Ford Lincoln of Franklin to look at a 2017 model but it ended up being more than we budgeted to spend. We were not pressured to buy something we could not afford which was a really nice change. They really earned our business by following up a few days later to check and see how we were treated and also to let us know they took a 2014 in on trade and it fit our 'wish list' other than color. We took a look at it and ended up buying it. The sales team were top notch and we never felt pressured to buy, they just tried to find us something we like and fit in our budget. Was a great experience. Stephen, our sales person was fantastic and even split his commission on our sale with another sales person who was trying to meet his sales goals for the month. I would buy another vehicle here for sure. More

He and Brad Morgan made our entire car purchase experience quick and painless. We drove three hours to see a specific car and Gerard had it ready to go when we got there. We were in and out of the dealership in about two hours. The car we purchased was competitively priced and we didn't need to waste our time haggling over the price. The staff informed us about all warranty options but we did not feel pressured to buy anything we didn't need. We would gladly drive across the state again to work with this dealership again should we need another new car. More
