After posting a bad rating I was contacted very soon after by a truly caring individual that listened to my reasons of failure. The dealer treated with respect and provided reimbursement for having t after by a truly caring individual that listened to my reasons of failure. The dealer treated with respect and provided reimbursement for having to buy mats and providing a manual and leather case. As mentioned in my original post, the car was delivered with only 35% oil life and since then found out the brake pads are worn. So maybe it was a demo for someone or it slipped through the cracks for a full review prior to sale. I am hoping they will continue to work with me to set up a free oil change and pad service at my local Ford dealership to complete all issues. But, as stated they have been very good about follow up and the care about my post was definitely sincere. More

Greta Folks! I went to the dealership not expecting to purchase the Jeep Wrangler I was looking at because of prior experience with other dealerships since I have I went to the dealership not expecting to purchase the Jeep Wrangler I was looking at because of prior experience with other dealerships since I have been looking for my Jeep. We called ahead to make sure it was still available and Stephen F met us outside with the key and we went for a ride. The Jeep was well maintained and we loved it, so when we went in to chat the process was super easy. The financial guy, I can't remember his name, was easy to talk to and actually listened to us. It took less than 10 minutes to reach a deal and we drove our new Jeep home! Great people at Ford Lincoln of Franklin! More
