Good customer service from Quick Lane Allen McDaniel was my consultant in my recent Quick Lane service. I needed my regular service with oil change, filter, etc. and had 2 other items tha Allen McDaniel was my consultant in my recent Quick Lane service. I needed my regular service with oil change, filter, etc. and had 2 other items that needed repair. My service had to be handled in 2 separate visits due to ordering a part. Allen was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Allen and the technician explained in detail the services provided, added things I needed to be alert to in the future, and took action to order parts I needed for repairs and made the necessary arrangements for the repair to be completed. My thanks to Allen and the technician for exceptional customer service. More

Contacted the dealership and was immediately given a sales rep who called me. I informed what I was looking for and he then sent me all trucks that fit my interests. Hunter worked with me to ensure everything I was interested could be given. Needless to say I made a new car purchase because I felt over the phone I could trust him and the dealership. They didn't disappoint! The next day he brought the truck down all clean and washed up and exactly as he and the pictures described.
