Came in for repair on my company car. Hunter Rose was my service representative and that seemed to be the problem. No communication, multiple voicemails left with no response. I have been coming to Ford Lincoln of Franklin for years and this was by far the worst service experience. Ignored for days andWas made to feel that my time was not valuable. Came to pick up my car and had to wait 30 minutes for Hunter to become available. Was in his cubicle talking with a couple mechanics as I sat at the bar waiting. (They were not talking about business). Not sure if I will return but if I do I will use somebody else! More
I really hate to leave a bad review like this, and I try to be reasonable and understanding, but this was the weirdest auto purchase experience I’ve had. I’ve been searching for a specific car for a long ti to be reasonable and understanding, but this was the weirdest auto purchase experience I’ve had. I’ve been searching for a specific car for a long time. I found one at this dealership, so called about it. Got a text from someone asking if I was interested, etc. I said yes, I’d like to come by to see it. Long story short, I ended up speaking with 3 different salespeople about this one yesterday. I came by in person to just try to see it from afar in the shop as I was told it was in service at their dealership, but they then said it was getting a recall fixed at the dealership and would be available tomorrow. They said they’d text me as they were picking it up. I get the text today, super excited to go down to see it and likely purchase it. Asked them if I could come by after work...I’m then told someone else is driving it and they’ll let me know if that person passes on it. I’m frustrated at this, since no one even called to let me know I should get down there ASAP as there’s a lot of interest, etc. So I call the dealership. I’m told that some put a deposit on it a few min ago. I wouldn’t have left a 1 star review if it was just a matter of first come first serve, but not one of the three people I spoke with yesterday mentioned I could/should put a deposit down to hold it...let alone called me when they saw there was interest from folks. I am on hold now waiting to talk to a manager (it’s been 30 min). We’ll see if he actually speaks to me. I will likely not come back :/ and instead look at one of their sister dealerships to purchase through, (as I like the lifetime Powertrain warranty). Even if it’s one on their lot, I will ask the sister dealership to just transfer it over. Someone else may have a better experience, but I’d be leary of going here as their communication seems disorganized and I had a poor CX. **Update** The two “on the ground” salespeople I’m working with have been great, but the management seems a little shady. Case in point: I had a salesperson text me about a great local trade in. Long story short, I was told I could come see it even though it still needed to go through service, and I could put a deposit down. I came down, drove it, and someone else came in looking to buy it. The manager raised the price from what was listed on the site, because the other guy was willing to pay more. I was willing to make a deposit as had been done to the one I was looking at before had been done, and I was then told this is a unique situation and I couldn’t. I would have to purchase it before it was serviced, use their preferred lender, and all right in that moment. Donnie, one of the sales managers was pretty nice, but Garrett, the other one, seemed a little shady in that he never called me back on the first incident and at that point was raising the price/making me purchase without even seeing the interest rate. For some reason the guy 2 days ago could put a deposit down to hold the vehicle, but I couldn’t this time since someone was willing to pay more than me...I understand business, but this seems like a lack of integrity and good customer service. I still can’t believe they wouldn’t let me put a deposit down and raised the price when I was at the dealership. More
