Ben, From my understanding, you and Stephen were negotiating when you offered 25,000 the difference between your trade and the new truck was $38,000. It was Stephen’s understanding because of that offer that there was no way to get to an agreement as a $13,000 difference Is a significant one. I’m sorry if more communication was not made but I believe his understanding was just that there was no way to get to the price you wanted. Anyone can order a vehicle, without a deposit there is no holding any vehicle. Again I apologize for this misunderstanding.

That is not correct. We were still negotiating and he never said it was over. If he did, I would have paid the price you all wanted for the new truck in cash. I waited for 10 months. Rather than admit he dropped the ball, Stephen lied and said I told him I would wait to purchase another truck. Then he sold it without telling me. Sad!

This is my last text from your salesman: "Not that i'm aware. We're $13k apart, as I recall. But I'm out of town visiting with my grandson. Back tomorrow." He should be fired. If I had known I would wait 10 months just to give someone else my truck, I wouldn't have wasted my time.
