My wife and I went to purchase a new vehicle and we knew exactly what we wanted. It was a 2010 Lincoln MKX Midnight Edition. Ford of Franklin had it in inventory and we were introduced to Jeff Dawson. We th exactly what we wanted. It was a 2010 Lincoln MKX Midnight Edition. Ford of Franklin had it in inventory and we were introduced to Jeff Dawson. We then looked it over with him and test drove the vehicle. After negotiations with Jeff and John (the pre-owned manager), we arrived at an agreement and were sent to the financing dept where we met Marcus Smith. Dealing with him was just as much of a breeze as Jeff and John. He found a great interest rate for us and we were then leaving the dealership in our new ride. Overall, the dealership had exactly what I was looking for in inventory and all of the people that I was involved with were great. I have had horrible experiences trying to look for vehicles at one particular Ford dealership in the city that I live in and that has resulted in not purchasing from them. Instead, I drove to Franklin and was taken care of. Next time I will more than likely just drive to Franklin again.Thanks guys. More

First off Thanks for the wonderful service. We are from about 1 hour 30 mins away and it was worth the drive. The salesman (Wayne) was great and called us right back several times before me made the drive about 1 hour 30 mins away and it was worth the drive. And by the time we got to Buddy Victory our 3 kids and us, were very tired and hungrey. Mr Victory made the final process very quick and painless. All were very profressional, super friendly and beyond helpful. I feel this is the 1st time I have walked out of a car dealship feeling good about my purchase and not feeling ripped off. Bought our used Buick Enclave here right before Christmas 2012. Very pleased with the overall experience. Mackenzie McCarthy was very helpful and patient. Being a high mileage used vehicle, we had some concerns, but all of our concerns were promptly addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. We also worked with Michael McLain (A true Mustang connoisseur) and Michael is also a pleasure to work with. Marcus Smith handled our financing and did a diligent job getting us a good finance package. Even the owner was on site and seemed genuinely concerned that we were having a positive experience. We have bought enough cars at this point in our life to know the difference between a shady dealership and a good one and we are very vocal about both. Even the service department folks were awesome (had my 2011 mustang serviced here for the first time). We will definitely keep Ford Lincoln of Franklin in mind when it comes time to search for another vehicle. More
