On Monday morning I was near Franklin TN. where I booked a room for the night and the next morning while looking on line for the nearest Ford dealer to me I found your dealership. I then noticed I could reserve a spot for service on line as well. So I signed up for a 7:15 AM time slot and then called to see if this was going to work because I had to stay with the car. The lady who answered the call said bring it in and we will do what ever we can. In al title over an hour they had the problem diagnosed and informed me they could have it running as good as new in another 1 1/2 hours. I said do it. In about an hour I was informed the job was done. That was the fastest service I have ever received from any ford dealership I have ever gone to. I cannot thank you enough for the speedy job in getting my car back on the road. We also were very impressed with the city of Franklin and will plan a trip there in the near future. And Yes I have told everyone about your dealership. I had worked at Ford Motor Co. for 30 years in Powertain development and was one of the engineers that developed the first all the way through the PTEC controllers that Ford has used since they got rid of the points and condenser ignition systems. I was not certain that I wanted to buy when I went in but I soon changed my feelings once I dealt with the team members listed above. We ended up purchasing two vehicles, one Ford and one Lincoln. Wendell wa I soon changed my feelings once I dealt with the team members listed above. We ended up purchasing two vehicles, one Ford and one Lincoln. Wendell was our sales consultant. He has an exceptional amount of experience and was certainly our advocate when it came to getting what we wanted and being willing to go back when things were not where we wanted them. After the first visit I started reviewing their inventory online and that was where Kenzie came in. She is in the internet sales area. I let her know that I was working with Wendell and she still helped me as though I was a first time lead. I say this because it was clear to me that regardless of the fact that Wendell was our lead, everyone was willing to help us. There was no perception that anyone was worried about who got credit, they just wanted to make sure that we had what we needed. Marcus is the Business Manager and so once we had selected our first vehicle he went to work getting us the best financing he could for us. I was very pleased with the end result. When it came to the second vehicle I was not sure I was going to be able to make it happen. The reason was I had just paid for my 100,000 mile maintenance on my former Lincoln and felt like I would have just lost all of that money by trading it in. Enter Greg Brown. Greg helped us out on that issue and we were able to get the deal done. I think her name is Martine, but not sure. You will know her by her friendliness, enthusiasm and energy. She is the lady that covers all bases if you need anything! I have bought every vehicle I have owned in the past from a dealer in FL whom I grew up with. I always flew down and drove back. I just assumed that I would never get the service from anyone as I would a family friend who actually owned one of the largest dealerships in FL. I was mistaken. While I love my friends I will say that the folks at Ford Lincoln of Franklin treated me equally, if not better, than my dealership in FL. I may now be flying from my new home in TX back to TN to make my next purchases. If I have not been completely clear above, let me finish by saying that I simply could not be more pleased with this group and cannot give a higher recommendation to them than words permit. More
I got a we-owe for fixing my headlights when I bought my car. I did have to come in twice but both times I was greeted quickly, taken care efficiently and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I don't know how reaso car. I did have to come in twice but both times I was greeted quickly, taken care efficiently and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I don't know how reasonable the prices are as I didn't have to pay for these visits. More
We are from out of town and found it necessary to return our leased vehicle to a Ford dealership in Nashville. The Ford Lincoln of Franklin staff could not have taken better care of us! We came in with our son to look at trucks. Troy greeted us and immediately hit it off with our son. I would have to say that the first thing that got me interested in this dealership was Lori's emails and the USAA discount offered by her dealership. Oddly enough, the dealerships around Fort Campbell interested in this dealership was Lori's emails and the USAA discount offered by her dealership. Oddly enough, the dealerships around Fort Campbell don't offer this discount. She gave me enough information to make Ford Lincoln of Franklin my first place to look for a new vehicle outside of my home city of Clarksville Tennessee. No one in my area offered specifically what vehicle I was looking for but the examples she sent me via email got me interested enough to go look. Once I got there Patrick listened to my specific needs and was able to find me an F150 that perfectly suited my needs for the price I was willing to pay. I'm not usually a one-stop shopper but they made it enjoyable and well within my budget. Thanks again all. More
While searching for a truck for my business, I came across a Ford Ranger that this dealership had listed on Autotrader.com. The price had recently been reduced to $10,991.00, so I called to inquire ab across a Ford Ranger that this dealership had listed on Autotrader.com. The price had recently been reduced to $10,991.00, so I called to inquire about the price including taxes, fees, etc. I made it clear to Clyde that if we could agree on a price I felt was fair, I would arrive with a check in hand to get it that day. The truck had been there for just over 60 days so he said he was looking to get it off the lot right away. I felt like we were moving in the right direction at this point. He asked if he could call me back with a price after he had done some calculations. When I received a call back, it was from Matt. The price he gave me was $12,650.00. It seemed high so I told him I would call back shortly after giving it some thought. I then called the Williamson County clerk's office for the exact total on the sales taxes, local fees, etc. They were $849.37. The Davidson County clerk's office told me the fees to register the vehicle would be $131.75. That brings the total to $11,972.12. I called Matt and made a more than reasonable offer of $11,500.00, but he wouldn't even consider a price lower than $12,000.00. I told him that was not an agreeable price. That's when he told me it was going to auction on Wednesday because it had been on the lot so long, but he would rather sell it at a loss at auction than sell it to me for what I had offered. I thought that this was a very rude thing to say to a potential customer. He kept insisting that what's the dealership had in it even though the math didn't add up. Even when I confronted him about the difference between what I knew the total cost should be and what I had been told the price was, he kept saying that's what they had in it. Why would any dealership list a vehicle for a loss online? Quite frankly, this felt like nothing but a bait-and-switch. These jokers priced it low online to increase interest but tacked on $677.88 in additional fees to get more money out of a buyer. Not only did they lose what could have been a valuable business relationship (my business has purchased five vehicles in the last year), but I will make sure to mention this experience to anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle. It's just dishonest - there's no two ways around it. I don't run my business dishonestly and I refuse to patronize any business that does operate this way. It paid off for me to walk away from this deal because I purchased a much nicer truck from a competitor for a very fair price. More
We just bought a new car from Franklin Ford. I usually go through the Costco dealership, but the Franklin Ford was cheaper than the Costco dealer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. If you have any questions about the price they are so nice to answer each and every question. More
We dealt with five different Ford Dealerships, We was about ready to give up when we found this location on the internet and the ratings stood out and they were right. As soon as we came in everyone wa about ready to give up when we found this location on the internet and the ratings stood out and they were right. As soon as we came in everyone was friendly, and helpful and in about an hour We got the best deal of all the other dealerships . Negotiation was virtually hassle free and to the point. We got the car we wanted at an awesome price. These people don't mess around they want to sell you the car you want at a great price. Thanks to Rafael, Tori, Matt, and John for all you have done for us. For the 40 mile drive We made it was well worth it. Again thanks for a great experience. Charles and Glenda More
