I have doing business with Jeff Dawson for over ten years. He is a great salesman, very calm and does not pressure. I just purchased my third vehicle from him last week . I am also proud to say that when son my was looking for a new Mustang,I had him wait to purchase until I introduced him to Jeff. Jeff took the time to listen to what my son was looking for,and found him the Mustang he wanted. He had it transported to the dealership and again took care of all the details,so my son could just enjoy his new car. Clyde was very helpful and nice to work with. He was always avaialble when I called in and had the right information immediately. The dealership did not have the chance to proof any customerserivce since we purchased a new car and that went fairly fast. Mr. Gerald Baldwin worked very hard for two days to get us the best price available. He scanned all the discounts available and found ones that were applicable to our case that enabled the price to be red us the best price available. Went to a Boeing Company online Car quoting/buying tool. Had to sell my 05 vette since wife (67) uncomfortable riding in it (Fibromyalgia, arthritus). Saw C&D with Mustang GT as Top Ten, also in Automobile Had to sell my 05 vette since wife (67) uncomfortable riding in it (Fibromyalgia, arthritus). Saw C&D with Mustang GT as Top Ten, also in Automobile mag. In the tool, queued up a Premium GT Kona Blue 6 speed convertible with almost every bell and whistle Ford makes, plus the Brembo's with Goodyear Eagle F1's. Only things I didn't get were a tan top to match the 'stone' interior leather heated seats (not available: What's with That??) and Chrome wheels. Went in right around T'giving, in 15 min had made the order, and out the door. Went back right after Xmas to pick it up. NICE MACHINE!!! I actually like it better than the vette. Easier for me to get into and out of, as well. Rides smoother, and REALLY like the action of the six speed manual shifter, almost no hesitation to shift and very, very smooth. Love the back up sensors and camera onto the front display. Sync'ing with my phone is cool, but I'd make a mod to allow it to do two phone, so Grannie can also use it. Pat and Mike were very professional and supportive. I'm "anal" about anyone scratching the paint, except for me, so they took extra care on prep to ensure there were no blemishes or fine scratches (imagine washing a brand new car with the same washrag you've just done 25 other cars with!!!). Mike even helped me find the Chrome wheels (GT500 19x8.5 front, 19x10 rear, really nice, much better than the Brembo Dark Stainless Aluminum Painted wheels at 19x9 front and rear). My second Ford, first was a '71 Torino GT with Boss Cobra 429... mean machine, a whole 7 mpg though... Thanks, Ford, but suggest upgrade your options to allow color matching tops/interiors, and add chrome wheels to your parade. Pat worked very diligently to locate the exact vehicle I wanted, gave me a price I felt was very good and made arrangements to get it to Ford Lincoln of Franklin for me to drive. My experience with this person and the dealership was very good, and everyone with whom I dealt was polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Pat Carlson and Ford Lincoln of Franklin to anyone interested in buying a Ford or Lincoln automobile. More

The finance manager, Buddy Victory, was the most pleasant, lowest pressure finance person we have ever worked with, and also took pains to explain the transaction and the pros and cons of the dealer options and packages offered. More
