"WOW!" is exactly what we experienced at Ford Lincoln of Franklin. We showed up to test drive a pre-owned vehicle that we found on the internet, which was already $2,000 lower than anything comp Lincoln of Franklin. The CarFax report available to us online also showed the vehicle had been in no accidents and was maintained regularly. I kept wondering if the situation was "too good to be true," but a friend also told me they always had a great experience at this lot. Working with Danny McGee (sales) and John Zepernick (financing), we were surprised at how friendly and helpful they were. There were no pushy attitudes from them or surprise charges when it came to signing paperwork. All included costs were known upfront (even posted online before we arrived). They even beat the best financing rate I was able to find on my own. My wife and I genuinely enjoyed the experience, and would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone looking for a fair, honest experience from an automotive dealership. More

When there was final agreement Danny brought the car and the paper work to our home. After the trade I have hear from Danny a couple of time to be sure that everything was as agreed and acceptable on our end. Trading cars is one of my least enjoyable activities. However, Danny made what is usually an unpleasant experience, if not enjoyable, at least pleasant. More
I have an obvious issue with my F150. Coolant is streaming out of hole in a coolant tube on the intake manifold. We had called about the car ahead of time an when we got there it was clean an ready for a test drive. Danny had gotten it ready for us. It took us a minute to get the bank loan through as we had been then for several house my wife an I got hungry. Danny offered to buy us subway across the street to tide us over while the paperwork went through. While I was signing paper work with John, Danny got the car finish detailed with a wash an wax. We left that day with the car for the price we wanted! It didn't end with the sell, Greg Brown sent us some cookie to thank us for buying from their dealership. We will definitely be going through them again when we're looking for another vehicle! More
I spoke with Jose on the phone while my 2010 Navigator was in service about possibly trading into a new Navigator instead of repairing it. (We texted back and forth several times before I arrived which saved me time at the dealership, which I greatly appreciated.) When we got to the dealership, Jose already had the truck pulled up and ready for a test drive. They only had one model in stock that fit my needs. We took it for a spin, it sure was a beautiful truck! Afterwards, Jose offered us some waters and we sat down to talk numbers. Eventually Jason got involved as well and we completed the negotiations and told him we were in as long as the financing looked good. We sat down with John Zepernick and we're able to get 0% and some loyalty cash back. I have to tell you. In all my years of buying cars, I don't think I've ever had such a pleasant dealings with a finance guy. John is top notch! We did end up buying a Ford extended warranty on this truck and will not run into the same issues that we did with my 2010 :) After our sale was complete, Jose met up with me and we talked about the cars features and he helped me move my stuff between my trade and new car. Jose was friendly, attentive and a real pleasure to work with. I never felt any high pressure sales from him. He just believes in the product (as do I) and is a really good guy. I would happily pass his card along to any of my friends. More
