Since we haven't heard back from you after our last conversation, I would like to thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback in regards to your experience with our dealership. Unfortunately, we cannot realistically accept every offer from our customers, which I'm sure you can understand being a business owner yourself. As a company, we know that with the power of the internet, you can look at every pre-owned vehicle in the country if you wanted to. Keeping this in mind, we also know that if we over price our inventory, we wouldn't be in business very long. Not only do we have some of the best prices around, most of our vehicles come with a complimentary lifetime warranty and a years worth of maintenance. We offer these incentives to our customers as a token of our appreciation for their business. Tactics like a "bait and switch" are simply not practiced in our dealership. Our apologies if you were under the impression that anything less than ethical practices are being used. We try to service everyone who walks through our doors with the utmost respect. To compensate for our miscommunication, I would love to offer five free oil changes to service your fleet.
