I selected Ford Lincoln of Franklin initially primarily because of convenience. From the moment my wife and I entered the dealership, through our negotiation, and especially in the after sale treatment, we were treated with courtesy and respect. It was obvious the Golden Rule was applied. We have observed the owner's worldview, his generosity to the less fortunate and his treatment of employees. Our sales rep Troy explained the features of our selected vehicle, and contacted us repeatedly to assist, way after the sale. He brought our serviced vehicle to us on a cold winter night at a time way beyond normal working hours. John carefully and in detail explained our various warranties. When we took our vehicle in for the exterior surface preservation we were met by a cheerful, gentlemanly, soft spoken black employee, who had been employed there 12 years (sorry, did not record his name), who assisted us with our service. If you cannot identify that gentlemen but want to, I will pick him out for you. We have been made extremely comfortable in all our contacts with the dealership since we purchased our Explorer on Dec. 17, 2013. We will highly recommend Ford Lincoln of Franklin to friends and relatives. Our experience with this dealership clearly exceeds any I heretofore experienced in the 50 years I have been buying cars. Going back as far as 90 years, my father, his father, my son and I were all GM fans, so my Ford purchase was not without careful scrutiny. More
I hate going through all the hassle of purchasing a vehicle, so I set out with a little bit of trepidation on this shopping trip. Much to my surprise, I was greeted at the door by the owner of the dea vehicle, so I set out with a little bit of trepidation on this shopping trip. Much to my surprise, I was greeted at the door by the owner of the dealership, who quickly took me to a salesperson. Homer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at. He offered me a wide variety of choices to look at, and helped me narrow down my search. The whole process went quickly and easily, and a great deal was made. I even received a great price on my trade. The finance process was just as quick and easy, with none of the run around I expected. The owner even brought me a box lunch from a local restaurant. In short order, my papers were signed, and Homer had my new vehicle clean and ready at the front door. He even took the time to move everything from my old car to my new one, and even programmed the radio to my favorite station. He sat down with me and showed me all the great functions on my new vehicle and how to access them quickly. He gave me his personal cell number and told me if I had an issues, to not hesitate to call. An overall great experience. More

I gave this dealership the ratings I did, because they earned it! This was the third Ford dealer we had visited in the Nashville area. They went out of their way to make a deal with my 23 year old son, earned it! This was the third Ford dealer we had visited in the Nashville area. They went out of their way to make a deal with my 23 year old son, and respected the fact that it was he who was the customer, I was there to advise only. And I did so. We met Danny on the lot, and after a few questions, my son explained what he was looking for and what he could pay. Both Danny and my son were good at their jobs, so we had to call in Matt to get over the hump. He did in a spectacular way. My son and I stepped out to discuss the "final offer" and came back to the table satisfied with the deal. Some paper work and such and we then met the infamous JohnZ. He spent the time needed to explain the paperwork to a young, first time buyer. In no time we had the paperwork done, it was all in order, but since it was approaching 9pm (they closed at 8pm) we opted to pick up the car the next morning. Next morning we pull up and the car is sitting there ready, well detailed and all set. Danny spent some time with my son to explain the car, gave him a tour of the new building and set his expectations for service after the sale. Great Job to the team at Ford of Franklin. More
Overall a very good experience. My wife and I traded one car and bought two. Our sales person, Loyd, was great to work with. We had a budget set when we went in. He worked with us to find the best possible car and bought two. Our sales person, Loyd, was great to work with. We had a budget set when we went in. He worked with us to find the best possible vehicles and still remain within our budget. We both came away with better vehicles with more options than we had anticipated when we walked in. Greg, the owner, spent a good amount of time with us as well. He seems to be very involved in his business and with his customers. Buddy in finance was great to work with also. He took the time to explain everything to us and really worked with us to remain inside the budget we had set. We will definitely do business with this dealership again. More
I was at the dealership today to purchase a new 2013 Ford F150 and trade my vehicle in. I knew Ford was going to announce a redesign at the Detroit Auto Show next month for the new F150 so I figured I could F150 and trade my vehicle in. I knew Ford was going to announce a redesign at the Detroit Auto Show next month for the new F150 so I figured I could get a pretty good deal with the current model and being the end of the year. Prior to getting to dealership I work out the OTD with Rafeal and price was fair and I was ready to make the next step. I did my homework and valued my trade in on KBB, which I understand it to be a national norm, and what all dealers used. Once I did that I subtracted what was still owed on my car which left me the equity. I subtracted that from the OTD price that was given to me giving me my true OTD with trade-in. Prior to coming in I told Refael what I wanted to be at in order to make this work for me as my car was 6 month old and I didn't want to take too big of a hit as I know I would anyways. I wanted to be realistic also I live 30min away from the dealership so I didn't want to waste my day there if it can't happen and I'll just wait for the 2015 model. Of course he said we will make it happen and of course I was hopeful they could. After two and half hours of waiting around the Sale Manager, Matt Troconis, came to me with what they could give me for my car. It was 8k less what KBB quoted me for my trade-in value. I stated that was extremely low and insulting. I had the KKB paper and showed him that. He than proceeded to show my two other online auction quotes and I told him that's fine but this is what I need to be. If we can't make it happen I'm done and we don't need to waste anymore of each others time. I'll just wait of the new design/model to come out as I am not in a rush to sell or have to sell. I asked for my keys back and not sure if he didn't hear me or if he chose to ignore me. So I went back to the room and asked for my keys again so I can leave as I don't believe they could make it happen. No harm no foul. Well he again began to give me his song and dance of I'm going to try to get you the best deal... I told him that's fine but I've been in here for 2 and half hours and this isn't my idea of fun. It's a simple yes we can make this happen or no and I would be on my way. At that point my blood pressure was high. I was very irritated as I was very clear where I needed to be or it can't happen and I'll wait. Matt than proceeded to say "well I'm hear for 14hrs most days" that's when I blew my lid. I proceeded to say well now you just pissed me off. That's your job not mine. I didn't choose this to be my living you did. I was very clear before coming to Rafael as well as to you. I needed to be at X and if you can't make it happen than I'll wait. So F you! Probably could have gone away without cussing but when someone that I'm trying buy a vehicle from complains about his job to me and how long he's been there. That's not cool with me and I'm already at my limits. I than was leaving the dealership and he was following behind me. I than proceed to hear him say to Jeff make sure he doesn't come back here. I stopped turned around and asked to speak to the general manager. They acted like they were going to take me to him but Matt ann started saying well I wasn't cussing at you and I said no you weren't but we are both adults here and there are no kids around, again I admit I could have handled it bette but my patients were gone.Than Jeff was like well I'm his boss what's the problem I proceeded to tell what happened, during this time Jeff proceeded to get in my face in a confrontational manner, literally 12". I said sir you need to step back you're a little too close to me and I am uncomfortable. Jeff than stated I needed to get off the lot. Which I did and I was glad to. I would not do any business at a place that complains about their job to me when I'm doing them a favor to buy a car. I'm a very simple person and cut and dry. Tell if you can make it happen or you can't and I will be on my way. No need to waste your time or mine for 2 and half hours. You can move onto your next deal. More
After visiting other dealerships and feeling frustrated with our options, we entered your brand new dealership (on it's first day!) and were greeted by several smiling, helpful faces. We were introduced t with our options, we entered your brand new dealership (on it's first day!) and were greeted by several smiling, helpful faces. We were introduced to Tori, who was very friendly. We asked many questions, and what she didn't know, she found out for us. We found several options to meet our needs. When we zero'd in on our choice, she did everything to make our transaction as stress-free as possible. We recommend the dealership, and we HIGHLY recommend Tori! More
This was the best car buying experience we've ever had. Sales staff were helpful but not pushy, no "tactics", no haggle pricing that was below Blue Book and NADA and we LOVE our Ford Flex. Will never had. Sales staff were helpful but not pushy, no "tactics", no haggle pricing that was below Blue Book and NADA and we LOVE our Ford Flex.
