Gilbert this Greg Brown the owner...I just spoke to you for 18 minutes on the phone...I am available 100% of the time on my cell to all of our customers...615 714 8612 I think we agreed that in Matt's effort to find a higher bid on your vehicle (2013 Jeep) he let the time get away from him...We also agreed that we had the best price you could find on a F150 and that is why you shopped us...We also agreed when you demanded your keys back that Matt was got off guard by your comments and made the inappropriate mistake of telling you his long hours.......BTW the bid (highest bid) you were unhappy with was the bid from the store you bought it at...Your unhappiness over the true value of your trade obviously frustrated you and I understand that What I can't understand and we discussed this on the phone was you dropping the F bomb in front of children on our showroom (that is why Jeff asked you to leave)...You apologized to me on the phone and even offered to apologize to the kids that heard you...I will pass along your apology Gilbert I appreciate you coming to Ford Lincoln of Franklin...I think you enjoyed the lunch we provided for you, you mentioned how you liked your sales person, you also complimented our free LifeTime Warranty, but you felt Matt handled your frustration incorrectly and for that I sincerely apologize, we were wrong...Keep in mind that anyone who used profanity in front of children would be asked to leave our building...We have to respect all of our customers...
