As a result, I was looking for something stylish & affordable I could purchase without a lot of pain & foolishness. Ford of Franklin wasn't my first dealership. I'd done research on the web and been to a few other Ford dealers in the Nashville metro. I either experienced sales guys who were, obviously, trying to make their end-of-month quota or prices that were out of sync (while being told I was getting a deal). I called FoF and, by luck, Patrick picked up. We talked about what I wanted, what my price point was and he made it happen. I came in expecting to look around and make a decision that evening. I wound up buying a car. Rather than feeling tricked, I felt confident that I was purchasing the right vehicle for me at a price point I was comfortable with. I even got more than I expected. I came in expecting to buy a used car with mileage. I bought a 2014 with 50 miles... for a price that was competitive. Pat was an ace throughout the process. He didn't disappear as soon as he had the sale. He got my car detailed and ran through all the bells & whistles so I knew what I was getting myself into. He even took a phone call during his personal time to answer an embarrassingly basic question from me. I'd gladly recommend Pat & FoF to any of my network looking for a positive buying experience for a quality vehicle at a good price. More

At no time was I ever pressured or pushed in purchasing a vehicle. Clyde and Gary Sardynski worked together to locate the vehicle I wanted. After locating they had my car transferred to this location. I have purchased several cars in my lifetime and this is the ONLY dealership I could recommend. Everyone I worked with was wonderful and even the owner, Greg Brown stopped by and I could see how this dealership is the ONE and ONLY place to shop.This really helps our town Franklin stay at the top. Please even if you live a good distance from Franklin, you owe it to yourself to check it out. I only wished there was a TEN star rating because everyone at Ford Lincoln deserves it. LUV my new car. Could not get anyone to help me Stopped by on a Saturday to get a F-150 catalog. In my personal experience, the BEST I knew within fifteen minutes of walking in the door for my appointment with the internet guy on staff that there would be a fair deal made. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and their goal was to gain a customer, as opposed to making a killing on the deal. We had a hard time finding the right vehicle, since it was right at the end of the model year, but everyone involved was determined to find a vehicle that met my needs. The owner seems always to be in the building, and visible on the floor. Every time I saw him he inquired whether I was being taken care of. He even provided sandwiches for customers who were there at lunchtime on the Saturday I was there. More
HAPPY WITH OUR PURCHASE We had researched our vehicle before going to the dealership so the salesperson really didn't have to "make a sale". It literally took no more than 30 minutes to test drive the vehicle and say we wanted to purchase the vehicle if we could work everything out. Everything was good except for I put a value on what I wanted to get for our trade-in and our salesperson led me to believe that he had all that worked out and when we got into the finance office we saw that he had not. I wasn't real happy about that but other than that everything else was great. I didn't try to negotiate a price on the truck we were buying because I thought the price was already fair so I was hopeful they would have been fair on the trade-in. More

The owner of the dealership was very professional and came out to talk to us. The warranty that comes with your vehicle is awesome and no other dealership that I know of does this. So if you are looking for a vehicle this is the place to go. I truly love the vehicle I purchased and we have already had one of our friends purchase a truck from them and they are very pleased with the service they received. This is truly the best place to go for a vehicle. More
Top Notch Customer Service! My husband and I were in the market for a used Ford Explorer. We stopped into the dealership at the last minute and did a test drive with Troy. He was very friendly and very knowledgable about the vehicle. We wanted to go home and think about the purchase before we jumped in and Troy was very understanding. He explained that they were a no pressure dealership and that if we had any questions to call/email him. My husband corresponded with Troy for a few days and we ultimately decided to purchase the vehicle. Although we really loved the Explorer, we were very motivated to purchase it from Ford of Franklin because of Troy. (And we live over an hour & 1/2 away!) He provided exceptional customer service and we were confident that this was the best place purchase our new vehicle. During our time at Ford of Franklin, we worked with Troy, Mike and John and they were incredibly patient and helpful. It had been a long day and I'm sure everyone was exhausted. We didn't leave the dealership until after 9:20 pm... yet everyone we worked with was upbeat and friendly. Mike and John did a great job explaining everything to us and making us comfortable with the purchase. This dealership is unlike any other that you have (or ever will) visit! On Monday morning I was near Franklin TN. where I booked a room for the night and the next morning while looking on line for the nearest Ford dealer to me I found your dealership. I then noticed I could reserve a spot for service on line as well. So I signed up for a 7:15 AM time slot and then called to see if this was going to work because I had to stay with the car. The lady who answered the call said bring it in and we will do what ever we can. In al title over an hour they had the problem diagnosed and informed me they could have it running as good as new in another 1 1/2 hours. I said do it. In about an hour I was informed the job was done. That was the fastest service I have ever received from any ford dealership I have ever gone to. I cannot thank you enough for the speedy job in getting my car back on the road. We also were very impressed with the city of Franklin and will plan a trip there in the near future. And Yes I have told everyone about your dealership. I had worked at Ford Motor Co. for 30 years in Powertain development and was one of the engineers that developed the first all the way through the PTEC controllers that Ford has used since they got rid of the points and condenser ignition systems.
