Pat was able to provide all of the information I needed to complete the deal through USAA, and after a short negotiation on my Trade-In, we put ink to paper and finished up the transaction in no time. Their detail shop and Finance department was top notch. Friendly, helpful and very professional. He had all information that I requested back in February and two days before I was driving from Huntsville to Franklin, Tn. I had changed my mind and decided that I would purchase a truck within 2 years. There was nothing that Patrick had done in a negative way, it was just my decision. I did tell him that when I decided to buy again I wanted him to be the salesman. In May, we started looking at my options and choices. Patrick was not a disappointment and found every truck options to my satisfaction. I was ready to buy a truck from him until I was informed the 0% for 60 months was not available at their dealership but was in Alabama. That was the only deciding factor for me to not buy from Patrick. I will refer his name to anyone who talks to me about purchasing any vehicles in the future. I had a pleasant interaction with Patrick with e-mails and phone calls. I knew this man knows his job. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle Patrick Carlson. More

I stopped into Ford on my way home because my husband realy wanted me to look at the Ford Escape. Imagine his suprise when I drove home in my new Escape. They found the perfect car for me. I explained what I wanted and within minutes they found an escape with everything I was looking for in a new car and more. Best of all it was cheaper than I was expecting. The staff was and still has been very helpful, and I would have to say that buying this car had to be the most pleasent caring buying experience that I have ever had. More
Homer was simply awesome! He was very honest and opened about my concerns to what type of vehicle I was interested in. There were two vehicles I test drove. One was a 2008 Volkswagon Passet and the other w about my concerns to what type of vehicle I was interested in. There were two vehicles I test drove. One was a 2008 Volkswagon Passet and the other was a 2008 Ford Fusion. I went with the 2008 Ford Fusion and I couldn't be happier. It was a great price and was in great condition! I've been having a blast driving it around. I actually just washed and waxed it today. Homer was very understanding and kind. I would definitely recommend Homer to anyone who's interested in purchasing a new automobile! He has great customer service and is one of the nicest sales man I've ever done business with. He definitely cares for his customers. The dealership in general was very friendly. The sales manager even caught me outside after purchasing to shake my hand and thank me for doing business with them. Ford Lincoln of Franklin will be my dealership for all my future purchases. The Dealership was a great experience and so was the staff. It's a shame one has do drive to another City to purchase a vehicle. Everyone was polite, kind, and never judgemential. Ford Lincoln of Franklin is the only dealer who ever offered to bring the car to me!! My other car wasn't drivable so it was hard for me to look for a car and I thought it was incredible they offered th offered to bring the car to me!! My other car wasn't drivable so it was hard for me to look for a car and I thought it was incredible they offered that and then actually DID it, with no hassle; whatever worked for my schedule! I've told a couple friends they did that and they said "really!? I've never heard of that!" Kenzie was my saleslady and she was terrific! I was very happy with this experience. More
