I live in Memphis and that made the task of buying my dream truck that was 200 miles away challenging. The professional and friendly employees of Ford Lincoln of Franklin made this an easy experience. They were up front that they wanted to get my business and treated me like I was the only one they were dealing with. After deciding to buy, I was trying to coordinate getting new tires put on the truck in between several things that the dealership was doing to the truck for me and my salesman, Tom Day, took time out of his schedule to take my truck and coordinate the tire change for me there in Franklin.
