I was greeted by Elijah Thomas upon my arrival to the dealership and was immediately impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He took care to make the experience about the buyer and was patient in answering all of my questions and demonstrating all that the vehicle had to offer. I happily purchased the vehicle (at a great price) and was also impressed with the finance side of the transaction. Marcus Smith was very friendly and patient and a pleasure to work with. If you are considering purchasing a new vehicle, I highly recommend Ford Lincoln of Franklin. Their prices are very reasonable, and I am happy to report that I got a fantastic value on my trade-in. But if this review can give the customers reading it a little bit of ammunition as consumers, I have done my job. It is this simple: if you are buying a NEW Ford vehicle, if you go through Ford Of Franklin, good credit or bad credit, you are getting screwed. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt because a lot of times, customers are emotional, indecisive, and uneducated. That last part by the way, Alex, is important for you to learn (uneducated) especially since you've been on the floor there for 2 months and probably have only been in sales for 2 months.I don't know if you have this freedom on the sales floor because Daddy got you your job, but you have to educate your clients in order for them to move forward with you. I am leaving this review so it can benefit this dealership also, and I hope that the owner reads this and learns to train his sales guys a little better before you let them out of the nest. To make a long story short. I was buying my leased vehicle of two years. I walked in and that was the first thing I said to Alex and anyone that crossed my path. It took me 6 hours. SIX HOURS, to get to what the payments would look like and Alex kept trying to sell me on a new vehicle buy. Which is fine, but they were offering me a 2015 Focus SE, 4 thousand down, payments were around 490 a month. Credit was banged up, but I still felt like I was getting ripped off. They were trying to bump me from tier 5 to tier 3 or 2. Buddy (the finance guy) was very helpful and was the only person in my 8 hour nightmare at this sorry excuse for a dealership who provided me with answers. Alex, the new kid, ran me around and wasted my entire day. This dealership just cannot produce the results like Two Rivers Ford of Mt. Juliet (yes that is a plug in please check that dealership out, you will save ALOT of money) But guess what? Today I am driving a 2016 Ford Fusion SE (27k MSRP), bad xxx car, 0 money down, payments are around 460 a month over 60 months 1.9 APR. Two Rivers Ford. If you are going to buy a Ford Vehicle in the state of TN, you HAVE TO GO TO TWO RIVERS FORD. They offer wholesale pricing and their guys are not commissioned base so they aren't going to try and screw you. TWO RIVERS FORD gave me a deal that FORD OF FRANKLIN would have run at least 5k down and my payments would have been well over $700. I am now driving the vehicle I want, at the price I want, no money down. And could not be happier. If you have a flipping GPS, put in Two Rivers Ford and drive to Mt. Juliet. They are wholesalers and will save you boat loads of money and will treat you like family. To the owner, please put Alex through training again. Just because his dad works there does not mean he should be free to roam around without supervision. He also took off my license plates on my lease. I drove around WITHOUT license plates because this kid took them off before I was even approved for financing. Consumer reading this. PLEASE GO TO TWO RIVERS FORD IN MT JULIET. When we contacted Ford Lincoln of Franklin, we were treated with great customer service and our sales representative, Walker Mallory, went above and beyond! Buying a car can be a big hassle but this was seamless and easy - even though the great distance! The vehicle was exactly as pictured and described and was delivered to our front door! I am thrilled to have received exceptional service and will continue to work with Ford Lincoln of Franklin no matter where we may live. They know what it takes to be leaders and are customer centered! Great team. More

I let them know that I was in between meetings, and they were very focused on getting through everything quickly for me. Troy Miller, Tom Day and Dan Cox took very good care of me. Dan even went to the extra effort of delivering my vehicle to my home!! That is service!! I would highly recommend this dealership to friends. More
Outrageously overpriced Took my 2005 F-150 in for service. I advised the service agent that I had a misfire on cylinder number 3. As I expected, a few hours later, I was advised to change all 8 coil packs, replace all the plugs and change the fuel filter. I was told that it would cost nearly $2300. First why would I change all 8 coil packs when, lord forbid, I might total the truck weeks later and that money would have been a total waste. I ask the agent if we could just change the coil pack that was bad and that was still going to be over $900. I shopped around and found a local shop "Bobs Auto Repair" to change the bad coil, install all new plugs and replace the fuel filter for $560. My truck is running perfect once again. I have and always will be a loyal Ford owner. However Ford has always disappointed me with thier outrageous prices on service, parts and new vehicles. If you need your vehicle serviced save yourself a lot of money by helping the little guys make a living too. Trust me there is mechanics out there that know just as much as dealership mechanics and they are much cheaper. More

I also traded in my car and she made the trading/buying transition as smooth as possible. We had a lot of fun and she has the best personality! We couldn't be more pleased with professionalism of all of the staff but the light really shined on Tamar and she really stood out because she's not pushy at all and she's very patient. Campbell) and not only being dissatisfied with the vehicle, but also upset with the customer service we received, we decided to try to trade our 2014 Altima for a 2013 Mustang that we found online. Chris Russell in finance helped us out BIG time and made it possible for us to trade vehicles without hassle. The specific vehicle we were wanting to purchase was located at one of their other dealerships in North Carolina. As soon as I gave the green light on the financing, they put somebody on a plane that night and had my car available for pick up the next day. I cannot stress how pleased we were with the level of customer service we received at Ford Lincoln of Franklin. We more than appreciate all their work and communication with us through the whole process. It was much better than our last experience! More
