My salesman Tom Day was especially easy to talk to and a pleasure to do business with. He answered my questions and assured me that if I had questions after the sale he would be just a phone call away. The deal was made quickly, without a lot of haggling and going back and forth. I had been to dealers closer to my home town of Smyrna and walked away because of that how they wanted to do the back and forth thing to come to a sales price. Wednesday my husband was allowed to drive 2012 MKX to Nashville pick me up and I drove it back to dealership. Talked with finance people and was pleased with the offers for both the lease and the purchase of the MKX. I had searched Kelly Blue Book and knew worth of both vehicles. Homer Troy and the John Zepernick all were very helpful. My husband commented that was the first time he had a left a dealership and didn't feel cheated. Everyone was knowledgeable, pleasant which ended in a satisfying experience. I went back Thursday and Troy showed me the details of the vehicle.
