Bait and Switch Over 2+ years, I have tried to buy 3 cars at this dealer. In each case I started with an advertised price on their website. In each case I went and actually saw the vehicle in mind. I informed them of the intention to buy the vehicle and asked them to run the numbers while I worked the financing. The next day I was informed the vehicle sold but they had other vehicles at a higher price. From there you work your way up the chain in the sales department. As for the service department even worse. Since I already have a 2011 Ford and live 3 mile from the dealer, I try to use them. Every time I go, the service is non-friendly - they do do treat their customers as a life long valued customer. I understand the owner is an ex-Cobra pilot. I am an ex-fighter pilot. Its disappointing to experience this behavior from a veteran run company. I SUGGEST ALL EMPLOYEES READ EXTRAORDINARY GUARANTEE -- it will teach you the value of a customer and the principle of creating disciples or terriosts. I will never be a disciple for this dealer.
