I came across Ford Lincoln of Franklin trough USAA Auto Circle service. I was going to order a vehicle, but the new trucks on the lot were a better deal with the best dealer discounts, military discounts and the great rebates, I saved over $11,000. Shop around but I recommend that you make the trip and come here to save time and money. My salesperson Phil Staggs was very polite and helpful during the entire process even after he emails to ensure everything is OK. More

Enjoyable truck purchasing experience I typically do not enjoy buying a new vehicle, but my experiences at Ford Lincoln of Franklin really changes my opinion. Yesterday, I went over to re I typically do not enjoy buying a new vehicle, but my experiences at Ford Lincoln of Franklin really changes my opinion. Yesterday, I went over to replace my 2013 F-150. The sales person I dealt with previously was off, but Doug Kaufman, the sales manager worked with me along with a new sales trainee, Bryon. Both guys really listened to what I was looking for and gave me a couple of options that fit my needs and budget. They were very easy going and personable which make the afternoon very pleasant. After wrapping up the sales process, I worked with Buddy Victory, the business manager, on the financing. I have worked with Buddy a couple of times before, and he is a top notch guy. He quickly reviews all of the options for maintenance and financing and gives some no-nonsense advice. You will not go wrong working with Buddy. At the end, Doug and Bryon did a very thorough demo of the truck and its features. Even though I have owned three F-150's, I learned more from this purchase than all of the previous purchases combined. Yesterday was certainly the best car shopping experience I have had. More

Instead I felt immediately at ease. Philip Is a guy that you feel at ease with from the very start. The process, although long, was relaxed and I never felt like I was being set up for the kill. This was very different than the usual, "you're trying to rip me off" feeling I've had every other time I bought a new car. Also had a great experience with finance manager, Buddy Victory, After 39 years of working there I have to believe they kept him around for some reason. Thanks Buddy!
