Friendly, professional, and great pricing! Came to the dealership to look at a used Focus that we saw online. They realized that model year was under recall, and they couldn't sell me the car u Came to the dealership to look at a used Focus that we saw online. They realized that model year was under recall, and they couldn't sell me the car until it was repaired, which would take over a year because of parts delays. They asked if I'd be interested in a new Focus, and I skeptically said I'd look at what kind of deal they had. They were able to get us a new Focus for only $40 more per month than we were looking at for a used one, with 0% APR. Typically we wouldn't buy a new car because of depreciation, but they lowered the price enough that it was worth it. Nate Thruman, our salesman, was very easy to work with and super nice. He and the rest of the team were very helpful, and there was never any pressure to make a decision one way or another. We will very likely come back next time we are in the market for a car. More

The salesperson (Byron) spent 15 minutes looking for the keys and another 20 minutes looking for the car before telling us to come back the next day because the car was being serviced. He had at least 5 hours he could've saved me the effort. Instead I wasted my time sitting in the lobby waiting for an irresponsible salesperson who didn't take my potential business seriously. Don't waste your time. More
