No pressure whatsoever to buy. He asked me how I felt about the 2 cars. I shared my thoughts. He was very concerned about my potential issues. We talked through the issues. I picked the car I wanted and we went right through the sales process. Simple and smooth. No typical car salesman shuffle and pressure. Not only did he identify the exact car that would meet our needs, but he also got us into that car for less money than we anticipated paying. Furthermore, he did so with a smile. The finance lead, Buddy, doubles as a pastor when not at work. He put his forty years of Franklin Ford experience to work and efficiently explained the documents and the premium options without the hard sell.
