Excellent from begining to end!! I was in the market for a fully loaded 2017 Ford Expedition, which were being heavily incentive by the factory. I came a cross a King Ranch Expedition I was in the market for a fully loaded 2017 Ford Expedition, which were being heavily incentive by the factory. I came a cross a King Ranch Expedition at Ford Lincoln of Franklin that carried the Ford incentive but it was also discounted substantially because it had been used as a loaner for service customers. It had logged 2070 miles. I was contacted by Hayne, the Sales Rep and also spoke with Brian the F&I Manager via phone. The dealership was 80 miles form where I live and I already had financing in place. I was trading a 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited in which I had substantial equity and they offered me almost exactly what I was seeking on the trade, contingent on the vehicle being in excellent condition, which it was. I made an appointment to arrive at 10 AM on Friday morning, and when I did everything was in place. The Expedition had been beautifully detailed, Hayne showed me a round the dealership, which is impressive and Brian handled the business transaction as soon as he finished with a prior customer. Brian worked with the rep from my credit union and we got through everything with no issues. Hayne then took me out to the Expedition, gave me a bottle of ice cold water and a small box of customized chocolates (a first). Hayne covered all of the aspects of the vehicle and I was on my way in less than 40 minutes. The folks at Ford Lincoln of Franklin do things the right way, the first time. They were pleasant, forthright and did exactly what we had discussed over the phone. I came away knowing I'll do business with this dealership again because of the way they conducted themselves on this transaction. Finally, I had been in contact with 9 Ford dealerships in central TN and northern AL and even one in southern IL searching for the right vehicle. Some did ok, one was unresponsive even after a test drive, and 3 met my expectations. Ford Lincoln of Franklin was the only dealership that exceeded my expectations. I also got a follow-up call from Jesse Nichols asking if I was satisfied with the way I had been treated. You easily get the feeling that service and integrity are cornerstones for this excellent Ford dealership. More

Called ahead and spoke with Cody and we ended up ordering a brand new 17 gt350 exactly how I wanted it. It came in this past week and I got out there to see it. It was exactly what I was looking for but the price was still a bit more than I was comfortable comiting to. At the time, there were 2 gt500 on site and we checked them both out. Cody and Wesley sat down and negotiated with me personally as we talked about the cars. I ended up with great deal on a 2012 gt500 with low mileage and came back the next day to finish the purchase. I had trouble getting all the cash liquidated so I filled out a no hassle, online loan application. It took me about 3 minutes to fill out and I called Cody right after to let him know it was complete. Travis set me up within the hour with a bank and a good rate. By the time I got there all I had left was 5 minutes of paperwork. I was cruising to dinner before 5pm when I didn't arrive until after 415pm. We took a few pictures of corse. These guys were great top to bottom. Best TEAM I have delt with in the auto industry to date. If you are wondering where to go for your next purchase I would recommend you go in and ask for Cody. Louis Dorsey was our sales consultant and he went above and beyond to help me find the Ford Escape that I wound up purchasing. A few months later, my girlfriend needed a car and Louis also helped her find a Ford Edge that she has now. I highly recommend checking out Ford of Franklin and talking with Louis if you are just starting out looking to purchase a vehicle. More
Car buying should not be this long of an experience We called and made an appointment for 1:15 on a Saturday and got there on time. We knew what car we wanted and what terms. Unfortunately their current inventory was very low with only a couple available. After going back and forth with often 45 minutes of lag time between hearing anything, we finally got out at 7:00 and not the color we wanted. On another note and very important one to other buyers - we knew exactly what financing terms we wanted.....the one advertised which was 0% financing for 72 months. My credit was fine in the 700's. Ford immediately accepted it but they ran my credit with 20 other people dropping my score 52 points! Thanks for nothing. More
