I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Ford of Franklin. I dropped off my car on 11/04 at 9 AM, and it wasn’t until the afternoon of 11/05 that I received a call regarding the issue. I had Ford of Franklin. I had to repeatedly reach out to get any updates, as my service representative was consistently unresponsive and rude, refusing to return my calls. Even the service manager failed to return my calls. Furthermore, I feel that I was taken advantage of as a female customer. The quote I received for the repair was significantly higher than two other estimates from different Ford dealerships. Additionally, the diagnostic test, initially quoted at $110, ended up costing $258. I urge potential customers to be cautious when dealing with this dealership. It’s disheartening to encounter such poor service, unfair pricing practices, and unresponsive staff. More
