Efficient experience getting service for a recall as well as routine Diesel Works service. The only issue is after tire rotation, truck shakes at 55 mph. I was able to schedule service online and call to confirm the appointment. The app didn’t send a reminder, but the service department was able to locate my record based on my caller ID! the appointment.
