Since I moved too Columbia, TN . I’ve taken my Explorer to this dealership. First they’re always smiling, courtesy, answer any questions I have & most of all give good customer servi I’ve taken my Explorer to this dealership. My visit yesterday was with “AWESOME AMBER”!! . She checked me in & checked me out & we had a few good laughs. 😂 They never forget to leave a water or something in your vehicle for you. Now how cool is that!!!!!! Also, want to thank Cindy for getting in at the last minute for my oil change. So “YES” I would definitely recommend FORD of COLUMBIA……………… More

Being from out of state, I requested some simple additional information i.e. walk around video and some pics. Wanting to help them out with what I was looking for, I even sent them an example video additional information i.e. walk around video and some pics. Well, after a lot of technical difficulties in trying to send the video, their video was nothing like the one I sent. And I never receive the additional pics or info. It was a very frustrating experience because it was the exact bronco I was looking for. This could have been an easy sale from them. More
