Once again, the money was the issue. After waiting 4 hours,with a schemed appointment, The service tech, came in and asked me to sign acknowledging, I wil "pay $800 for the removal of my After waiting 4 hours,with a schemed appointment, The service tech, came in and asked me to sign acknowledging, I wil "pay $800 for the removal of my entire front bumper, if they check a module causing a dash, pre collision warning and cruise control issue and the module was not the issue". I left, called my extended warrant company, they suggested I get a second opinion. Key Scales Ford in Leesburg, checked it without removing my front bumper and within the 1 hour diagnostic time, they found the cause was the out of alignment of the radar just under my bumper. Their tech was able to realign it and fixed the pre collision warning on my dash and my cruise control. I only had to pay i think, somewhere around $150..Because it was within the diagnostic time frame. Also, while in the waiting area, there were three customers from Clermont and one from Groveland. One of the Clermont customers was picking up a new truck, said "Clermont hasn't had any inventory on their lot since the start of the new construction he thinks started over a year ago.". More

Service department was unable to locate coolant leak but found multiple other issues service advisor lied about the issue and then either quit or was fired I received no information about the problems until found multiple other issues service advisor lied about the issue and then either quit or was fired I received no information about the problems until I physically had to go to the site to find out what was going on. I had a rental car for approximately 4 weeks and was credited only for a week and a half for the rental. Was intending on trading the truck in but will not be trading it in at ford of clermont I know I’ll never receive any type of response from you so I’ll just stop wasting my time thanks More
