Ford notified me that my 2025 Explorer needed two software updates. I easily made a service appointment and was advised that the vehicle would be needed all day to complete both updates. Service rep Diego provided great customer service with the warranty work. I am not able to comment on the results of the updates as there were no noticeable vehicle issues before or after the software updates. Have faith that Ford of Clermont will provide great service with recalls, software updates, and maintenance on all the Ford Explorer technology. More

Worked a deal relatively quickly but had to wait over 2 hours to meet with finance to sign the paperwork.
