Last Friday, November 29 took my 2021 F150 for The Works. I advised Kyle that wheel lock key is in center console. He gave me very good service. Called me about an hour later, paid and picked my truck. I advised Kyle that wheel lock key is in center console. He gave me very good service. Dialed service department and no answer, so I was forced to head back. Explained Kyle situation. Told me tech forgot to put back. Each wheel nut needs lock. So imagine if my wife has a flat! I expect at least full refund of this transaction. More
