However, Christian & Will were extremely professional and treated us with respect. They gave us a price within 20 minutes and understood we would not be making decision that day. Their price was competitive with other dealerships and most importantly they honored their word and did not pressure our decisions. A refreshingly honest place to buy a vehicle. More

Their valet service allows me to plan ahead and find another means of transportation for work while my car is picked up, serviced and delivered by their amazing staff. This is an invaluable service for me as I do not have the option of being without a way to get to work and my commute is over 160 miles per day! On top of this, their service managers such as Kristine and Yandel, are amazing people. I love the fact that they communicate via text, which allows us to interact in our time and ensure that nothing is missed. From scheduling the service to providing updates and receiving payments, they are always involved so that you can be sure things are done properly and timely. Finally, I love their video walkthroughs! Their service members will literally record a video of their findings and describe what is going on while they are servicing your vehicle. This is incredible in providing the customer with the peace of mind to know that they know what they are doing and your vehicle is functioning as needed. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and I am constantly talking about them to friends and family. Even the high-end dealerships won't provide this level of service. As long as they continue with these things, I will be a Ford of Clermont customer for life and will be purchasing all my future vehicles with them! More

Part of the works package is to inflate tires. They were never done and had to return to have them inflated. Also advised to have battery replaced.
