The team was incredibly helpful and friendly, and despite the temporary set up, they managed to provide a seamless experience. The sales team, particularly Nelson, was knowledgeable, attentive, and not pushy at all. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and help me find the perfect vehicle within my budget. The entire process from test drive to Financing was smooth and stress-free. I also have had my car service there and the service department was top-notch. They were transparent about the work needed . The staff kept me up-to-date through the process. It was clear they value customer satisfaction, which is why I keep coming back. This is my second car purchase at Ford of Clermont and I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for new or use vehicle or even just for routine service. It’s a dealership that consistently goes above and beyond. Ps. Hopefully they finish the showroom quickly so that Mr. Foote does not walk into any more chairs and injure himself. More
