We own 2 Fords and been going to Clermont Ford since moving down 5 years ago and their service dept has always been good . They always get us in quick and fix the problem . I have always trusted Ford’s dealership service department for all my life but things are changing and not for the better. The car was returned not as clean as it was dropped off to them with oil m department for all my life but things are changing and not for the better. The car was returned not as clean as it was dropped off to them with oil marks in the interior which can happen but I haven’t seen it this sloppy. Easily cleaned but took time for me to complete it. Next was almost overcharged for the service that was done if I hadn’t asked for a copy of the bill to look over. Just felt sneaky. Then they hit you with the best part. There is now a 3% surcharge if i am to pay by credit card. This is outrageous. I’m already being way overcharged for a basic oil change that I can get elsewhere for less but I came for the trusted name and service. This time around service left something to be desired and now customers have to have large sums of cash via debit to foot the bill. If the service from the employees and technicians was better these things can be accounted for but the high prices and now lack of payment options have me thinking about looking elsewhere. Unfortunate but you have to provide better service if you are going to make the customer up their game. More
