Mr. Marazzito, I first of all want to say thank you very much for responding to my review, but unfortunately this does nothing. This is the same response I have been getting from your employees and now you, since I started having problems with my truck. I came to your dealership to buy a good and reliable truck because I am in the Construction Industry and I need a truck like this. Unfortunately, I didn't get a reliable truck and instead it had problem after problem as I explain in my review on your dealership. Let's get one thing straight, YES its not your fault you sold me a bad truck and YES it is fords problem not yours. But at the same time as a Ford representative, you represent Ford Motor Company and its customer service values. I did not receive any customer service what so ever that would meet the expectations set by Ford. My review is not about your SERVICE DEPARTMENT and if you read my review it talks about your SALES DEPARTMENT solely. Your service department is one of the best and they did an incredible job to get my truck back to normal. They even delivered my truck to my house on a Thursday night through traffic with no questions asked. I would rate your service department with GREAT reviews. Now back to your SALES DEPARTMENT, they treated me horribly after coming back numerous times with problems and it all started at 400 miles, like I said in my review. You are not supposed to have problems at 400 miles, its a brand new truck and it should work perfectly. You forgot to mention that your salesman, who I will not name but you know who it is, threatened to report the loner car stolen that your dealership gave me. This was during a phone conversation where I said there was no possible way I could get the truck back to you that night due to traffic and getting home at 8 o'clock at night from work. Luckily enough, one of your managers called me out of the blue asking about my experience, in which I said was terrible, and I explained my situation with the returning of the loner. He eventually said no problem let me get two drivers down to pick it up. Now that was good customer service by one of your managers but again it should be valued by all your employees. Your are also right about another thing, one of your salesman did give me another price for a new truck similar to mine with payments double of what I was previously paying. Therefore, I would be paying for two of my trucks. At this point in time in this horrible story, I demanded to get a new truck after more computer problems arose at 4300 miles. To sum up your response to my review, I will NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP AGAIN! This is due to the worst customer service I received from your employees and we could have avoided this whole situation if you tried to help me somewhat in explaining my options and not say "WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING."
